SORBOTHANE® INTRODUCES NEW KICK EEZ® RECOIL PADS
Sorbothane, Inc. engineers, in partnership with KICK- EEZ®, have developed a new complete line of 14 pre-fit Sorbothane® recoil pads. These superior recoil absorbing pads have been designed to easily install on a wide variety of rifles and shotguns.
Numerous engineering and design updates were also made to the KICK-EEZ® Sorbothane® grind-to-fit line of recoil pads. For over 20 years KICK-EEZ® Sorbothane® Recoil Pads have been the most popular performing pad on the market.
Sorbothane®, a one-of-a-kind visco-elastic material, is accepted by engineers worldwide for its shock reducing properties and scientifically proven to be the finest cushioning material available. In many applications and laboratory tests Sorbothane® has achieved shock absorption levels of up to 94.7%. KICK-EEZ® recoil pads reduce more recoil and do it better than any other pad. Less recoil reduces flinching, eases sore shoulders and cheeks. Unprecedented absorption levels are possible because Sorbothane® attenuates felt recoil by dispersing energy outward from the impact source. Although it has 100% memory, its delayed recovery properties minimize rebound kick. By virtually eliminating the rebound effect of the first shot, second shots are quicker and more accurate. Sorbothane® will not distort or lose its effectiveness after being compressed thousands of times and will not “bottom out” and “rebound” as do most common rubber materials on the market today. Sorbothane® also will remain effective in all weather conditions.
