Shocksox

"Prevention is worth a pound of cure." Shocksox® were invented for prevention of injuries caused by shock and impact. Injuries such as stress fractures, knee injuries, shin splints, overuse syndromes of lower back to feet, muscular spasms and more can be prevented with Shocksox®. It will absorb 94.7% of the initial strike of impact when landing on the surface. Prevention is the key to a healthy body. How this came to be.... About Ellen Spicuzza APRN, ONS

I am an orthopedic nurse specialist who has spent the past 12 years working on patients with sport and soft tissue injuries. Over these years I have seen 100's of different injuries that were the result of impact and overuse. The reoccurrence of these injuries were staggering.

The idea for" Shocksox" was inspired by Alicia Sacramone (Olympic gymnast 2008) who had come to me for treatments. We had discussions about many other gymnasts afflicted with impact related injuries and no prevention. After much thought, designing, researching and Alicia demoing the" Shocksox" evolved.

They are preventative apparel that will absorb up to 94. 7% of impact shock. Worn consistently the incidence of shock and impact will be greatly reduced therefore allowing the body to maximize its potential and grow old active and gracefully.
