Stud Mounts & Bumpers
Metal-Sorbothane studs are available in three standard sizes that utilize both UNC and metric threads. Other UNC threads and Metric threads are available by specials orders.
These studs are for applications with lower shear to compression ratios. They are designed for use in compression. Use high-quality (thread deforming) lock nuts or doubled jam nuts to assure your connections do not vibrate loose. High amplitude vibrations require special, heavy-duty inserts. Consult the factory.
To order: Specify part number, durometer, quantity, color. (Color black is standard) Other colors, threads and dimensional variations are available by special order.
